Rochester Automated Systems is a design and build machine tool company located in Rochester, New York. We specialize in automated machinery for the manufacturing process, whether it is a small stand or a complete system from design to finish. Our past history is with assembly, machining, testing, and material handling equipment primarily with the automotive, packaging, refrigeration and material handling industries.

Although Rochester Automated Systems is a relatively young company, our personnel average 20 plus years in the automated machine tool business. Our experienced staff of designers and toolmakers has the capability of solving your most challenging problems. Our aim is to apply the right technology to produce cost-effective manufacturing tools helping you to get the maximum return for your automation dollar. Four mechanical designers and two controls designer are our core design group. Our capacity can be expanded, when required, by contract design companies in the Rochester area.

Being primarily systems integrators, our fabrication capabilities are complete for basic tool making (see attached equipment list). Our close relationship with numerous machine shops and specialty manufacturing service providers in the Rochester area allows us to handle any job that comes our way, large or small.
